Membership Terms and Conditions and Terms of Website Use for Businesses 

These terms and conditions are intended for persons and organisations that wish to share information about their businesses with media seeking business contacts for broadcast and print interviews. There are separate terms and conditions for journalists and media organisations.

Please read these membership terms and conditions (“agreement”) carefully before using www.thepressindex.com (the “site”) and/or applying to become a business member by using the site and/or applying for an annual membership you agree to be bound by this agreement including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referred to in the agreement. If you are using the services on behalf of an organisation then you agree to this agreement on behalf of that organisation and are warranting that you have the authority to bind that organisation to the terms of this agreement. In that case “the business member”, “you” and “your”, where used in this agreement, shall mean that organisation.

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, capitalised words shall have the meanings set out below:
1.1 “Account” means as defined in clause 8.1 of this Agreement.
1.2 “Account Information” means as defined in clause 9.2 of this Agreement.
1.3 “Additional Services” means as defined in clause 7.1 of this Agreement.
1.4 “Agreement” means as defined in the opening paragraph of this Agreement, above.
1.5 “Annual Membership” means a Standard or Premium Account on the Site for the Account Membership Term.
1.6 “Annual Membership Fees” means the fees charged to you by us for your Annual Membership.
1.7 “Annual Membership Term” means the period of one full calendar year from the Start Date or Renewal Date, as applicable.
1.8 “Authorised Users” means, where you are an Organisation, such persons as are employed by the Organisation and to which you allow access to the site strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
1.9 “Business Member” means the person or Organisation with an Annual Membership.
1.10 “Data Protection Legislation” means applicable legislation protecting the personal data of natural persons, including in particular the Data Protection Act 2018 and any replacement to it, together with binding guidance and codes of practice issued from time to time by relevant authorities.
1.11 “Force Majeure Event” means any act or event beyond the reasonable control of the Press Index, including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes (whether involving the workforce of the Press Index or any other party), failure of a utility service or transport or telecommunications network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, storm or other extreme weather event, malicious damage, epidemic or pandemic, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, hardware or software, compliance with any governmental order, rule, regulation, direction, advice or recommendation in relation to or to prevent or curtail the impact of the Force Majeure Event, fire, flood or default of suppliers or sub-contractors.
1.12 “Media” means journalists or other members of the media and media organisations that have been granted media usage of the Site by the Press Index and which are seeking business contacts for broadcast and print interviews and content for media publications and broadcasts.
1.13 “Membership Confirmation” means as defined in clause 3.1 of this Agreement.
1.14 “Organisation” shall mean, for the purpose of this Agreement, any private or public limited company, community interest company, LLP or any other body corporate, partnership, unincorporated association, Co-operative or Community Benefit Society.
1.15 “Press Index”,”we”, “us” as defined on clause 2.2 of this Agreement.
1.16 “Renewal Date” means the anniversary of the Start Date or such other date as the Annual Membership renews.
1.17 “Site”, means as defined in the opening paragraph of this Agreement, above.
1.18 “Site Content” means as defined in clause 9.1 of this Agreement.
1.19 “Start Date” means as defined in clause 3.1 of this Agreement.
1.20 “Trademarks” means, collectively, trademark, logos, service marks, and trade names.
1.21 “Upgrade Payment” means as defined in clause 5.2 of this Agreement.

1.22 “User Content” means as defined in clause 10.1 of this Agreement.

2. Becoming a Member

2.1. You can apply to become a Business Member of the Press Index. The Annual Membership Fees payable and the benefits of being a Member can be found on the Business Register page at www.thepressindex.com/business-register.
2.2. Your Annual Membership contract will be with The Press Index Ltd (referred to in this Agreement as the “Press Index”, “we” or “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 10935713 and whose registered office is at Square Accounting, 5 Albert Road, Southsea, Hampshire, England, PO5 2SE.
2.3. By purchasing an Annual Membership, you agree to an initial pre-payment for the Annual Membership Term.
2.4. After eleven months of the Annual Membership Term, we will notify you that your Annual Membership is due to expire and that payment will be due to continue the service from the anniversary of the Start Date. Your Annual Membership shall not be automatically renewed, therefore should you not inform us that you wish to renew then membership shall expire at the end of the current Annual Membership Term.

3. When the membership contract is formed

3.1. When you click “Register” to submit your application on the Site for an Annual Membership, you are making an offer to take out a subscription which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract with the Press Index. You will then either be taken to a page generated by the Site or receive an email, acknowledging that your membership application has been received successfully and is being processed. A contract between us is not formed at this point. A legally binding contract is formed on the date (the “Start Date”) we send you confirmation of your Annual Membership (“Membership Confirmation”). No Membership Confirmation shall be processed until we have received notification from the third party payment processing company that we use that the Annual Membership Fees have been paid in full.
3.2. We shall endeavour to send your Membership Confirmation (where your membership application has been successful) within 72 hours of being notified that payment of the Annual Fees has been made. If your membership application has not been successful then we shall inform you by by e-mail. We will not be responsible if you fail to receive the Membership Confirmation or any other communication from us because you have supplied us with an incorrect e-mail address.
3.3. We reserve the right not to accept or process your membership application for any reason. If we do not accept your membership application and payment has already been taken from your credit or debit card, we will notify you and refund your card in full.
3.4. You must be over 18 to become a Business Member.

4. Directory listing

4.1 We shall endeavour to list you or your Organisation, as applicable on the Site within 72 hours of when your membership is accepted in accordance with clause 3.1 above. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to upload information if you have supplied us with incorrect details.
4.2 Your listing on the Site Directory (including User Content) shall be available to view by Media to enable Media to contact you should they wish to do so. By becoming a Business Member you agree to the sharing of your User Content on the Site, including your details to enable Media to contact you direct.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1. Annual Membership Fees are non-refundable. If you chose to cancel your Annual Membership at any time before the expiry of the Annual Membership Term we will not issue you a refund or part refund of the Annual Membership Fee. To cancel your Annual Membership at any time, log into your Account, click on Account/Edit Account Settings/Membership, and following the cancellation procedures or by contact us at accounts@thepressindex.com.

6. Price & Payment

6.1 The Annual Membership Fee for a Business Account, as applicable, stated on the Site will prevail at all times and includes VAT.
6.2 All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer . If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified as soon as possible.
6.3 Any prices on the Site concerning Additional Services are provided as an indication only and shall be confirmed at the point prior to us or the third party concerned agreeing to provide you with the applicable Additional Service(s).

7. Additional Services

7.1. As a Business Member, you will have the opportunity to purchase additional services for an additional price. These are explained here. These “bolt on” services (“Additional Services”) are available for the duration of your Annual Membership and may be subject to terms and conditions that are applicable to the Additional Service concerned in addition to this Agreement, which we shall notify you of prior to you entering in to a contract with us for the Additional Service(s) concerned.
7.2. You may choose which Additional Services to purchase or none at all.
7.3. Once you submit your request for an Additional Service(s), the price for the Additional Service(s) concerned will be invoiced directly to you via the contact details provided by you when you applied for an Annual Membership or as last notified by you. Please see clause 6.3 above regarding prices for Additional Services.

8. Business Member Account, Account Information, Password, and Security

8.1. After we have issued your Membership Confirmation, we will provide you with an online account (your “Account”) and password for access to the Site. You will be able to change the password to a password of your choice when you log on to your Account for the first time and can change your password any time thereafter. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Account and to restrict access to your Account to the Authorised Users only, where applicable. You shall be responsible for the actions of any Authorised Users.
8.2. You agree to: (a) immediately notify The Press Index of any unauthorised use of your password or Account or any other security breach, and (b) ensure that you exit from your Account at the end of each Site session. The Press Index will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with clause 8.1 and this clause 8.2 of for any loss or damage that you suffer due to the third party access of your account due to your failure (including the failure of any Authorised User) to properly protect your password and Account.
8.3. In the course of your use of the Site, we may ask you for certain information including your name, email address, mailing address and credit card information (collectively, “Account Information”). Please see the Data Protection section for further information on how we collect and use personal data .
8.4. Your Account Information must be up-to-date and accurate at all times. You agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your Account Information.
8.5. You may not transfer or sell your Annual Membership or use of your Account to any other party and you are prohibited from passing your username or password to any third party other than to Authorised Users.

9. Site Content

9.1. Except for User Content, we own, exclusively, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site including all content, code, data, materials, the look and feel, design, and organization of the Site, and the compilation of the Site content, code, data, and materials (collectively, “Site Content”), including all copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, database rights, moral rights, sui generis rights, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights therein. To the extent that we don’t own any part of the Site Content, we have secured a license from the owner or licensor of such Site Content granting us the right to use it on the Site. Your use of the Site does not grant you ownership of any kind in any Site Content. Except as provided in this Agreement, you agree not to scrape or otherwise copy, use, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Site Content without the Press Index’s prior written permission.
9.2. You may access and view the Site Content and make single copies or prints of the Site Content at your own sole risk, only for your personal, non-commercial, and internal use.

10. User Content

10.1. You alone are responsible for the content that you submit to the Site (“User Content”) and, except for our commitment regarding the use of you personal information (see our Privacy Policy), you submit User Content at your own risk.
10.2. You grant the Press Index a worldwide, fully paid up, non-exclusive, non-transferable license throughout the Account Membership Term, and for a reasonable time following the end of such term to effect the closure of the Account, to display User Content on the site and to use and modify User Content in accordance with clause 10.3 below.
10.3. Subject to the terms contained in our Privacy Policy, you agree to allow the Press Index to store, translate, reformat, reorder and back up your User Content on the Site and to display your User Content on the Site as in its discretion it sees fit. Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that access to the Site and accordingly your User Data, including your contact details, shall be provided to Media.
10.4. You agree that you shall not: (1) use the Site in any way, submit any content to the Site or submit any link to content that is false, discriminatory (including but not limited to on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, ethnicity, religious belief, age or disability) defamatory, offensive, abusive, malicious, lewd, threatening, harassing or is otherwise unsuitable or objectionable in the sole discretion of the Press Index; (2) impersonate any person or entity, whether actual or fictitious, including anyone from the Press Index or its affiliates; (3) misrepresent your affiliation with any third party or mis-represent your business or the business you work for or your role within it; (4) post or republish third party advertising (5) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other computer systems through the Site. In the event of any non-compliance by you with this clause 10.4, we shall have the right to suspend or terminate your Account Membership at the sole discretion of the Press Index and to report any activity in contravention of this clause to such authorities or law enforcement bodies as the Press Index deems appropriate.
10.5. You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Press Index against claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including without limitation court costs and reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any claim:
10.5.1. arising out of or otherwise connected with a breach by you (or any person acting on your behalf, including an Authorised User) of clause 10.4 above;
10.5.2. that the User Content infringes the copyright, trademark, database right or right of confidentiality of a third party.

11. General Practices Regarding Site Use and Storage

You acknowledge that The Press Index may establish general practices and limits concerning Site use and storage. You agree that, other than as set is set out in this Agreement and subject to Section 17 concerning Liability, the Press Index has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, failure to delete or failure to store any data or other content the Site maintains or transmits. You acknowledge that The Press Index may, in its sole discretion, change these general practices and limits at any time, with or without notice to you.

12. Data Protection

12.1 We take data protection very seriously and comply with Data Protection Legislation. For further information on how we collect, use and look after personal data please see our Privacy Policy.
12.2 The terms of our Privacy Policy may be updated by us from time to time and are incorporated in to this Agreement.

13. Cookies

Cookies are a technology which is used by us to provide you with customised information from our website. For further information on how we look after personal data please see our Cookie Policy.

14. Trademarks

14.1. The Trademarks displayed on the Site by the Press Index (save for any Business Member Trademarks contained in the User Content) are registered and unregistered Trademarks of the Press Index or third parties that have licensed the Press Index to use such Trademarks and at all times remain the property of the Press Index or their respective owners, as applicable. Nothing contained on the Site grants, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, or should be construed as granting, any license or right to use any of the Trademarks displayed on the Site or in any other Press Index medium without our written permission or that of the third-party rights holder.
14.2. You hereby warrant that you have unequivocal rights to use any Trademarks included in the User Content and hereby agree, for the avoidance of doubt, that the indemnity given in clause 10.5 above shall apply in the event of the breach by you of this warranty.

15. Termination

15.1. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that we may have, we may terminate this Agreement and accordingly, for the avoidance of any doubt, the Annual Membership in the event:
15.1.1. You are in material breach of the terms of this Agreement;
15.1.2. You fail to make timely payments as they fall due in relation to the Annual Membership Fee or in respect of any other payments due for Additional Services or otherwise;
15.1.3. You are in breach of:
15.1.3.1. clause 10.4 of this Agreement; or
15.1.3.2. clause 14.2 of this Agreement;

16. Force Majeure

16.1 The Press Index shall not be liable for any failure by it to perform or any delay in the performance by it of any term of this Agreement where such failure or delay is due to a Force Majeure Event.

17. Liability

17.1. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit either party’s liability to the other for:
17.1.1. personal injury or death resulting from the negligence of that party;
17.1.2. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
17.1.3. any other reason that may not be excluded by applicable law.
17.2. Subject to clauses 17.1 and 17.3, we shall not be liable to you for:
17.2.1. any loss of profits or revenue (whether direct or indirect);
17.2.2. loss of anticipated savings;
17.2.3. loss or corruption of data;
17.2.4. loss or damage to any hardware or software;
17.2.5. loss or damage to goodwill, reputation or business; and
17.2.6. any indirect, special or consequential loss, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or any breach or non-performance or non-performance of it whether any claim for recovery is based in contract, tort (including but not limited to the tort of negligence), for breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
17.3. We accept no liability for the actions of Media. Our contract with you is to provide the Annual Membership services set out on the Site and we have no involvement in nor take any responsibility for any media coverage resulting from your introduction to any Media as a result of your Annual Membership whether via the Site or otherwise.
17.4. Subject to clauses 17.1 and 17.2, our total liability under the Agreement whether in contract, tort or otherwise is limited to the greater of:
17.4.1. an amount equal to 100% of the total amount of the Annual Membership Fee paid or payable by the Business Member during the 12 month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose; or
17.4.2. £500 (five hundred pounds sterling).

18. Third Party Rights

A person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce or rely upon any provision of it.

19. Variation
The terms and conditions contained in this Agreement are subject to change and we reserve the right to make changes thereto from time to time.

20. Governing law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

21. Jurisdiction

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

22. Entire Agreement

The terms of this Agreement and any additional terms as stated as applying herein to your use of the Site and your Annual Membership constitute the entire agreement between the Press Index and you in relation thereto to the exclusion of any previous terms and conditions in force and any terms or conditions which you may seek to rely on.

1.28 “Business Member User Content” means as defined in clause 4.1 of this Agreement.
1.29 “Data Protection Legislation” means applicable legislation protecting the personal data of natural persons, including in particular the Data Protection Act 2018 and any replacement to it, together with binding guidance and codes of practice issued from time to time by relevant authorities.
1.30 “Force Majeure Event” means any act or event beyond the reasonable control of the Press Index, including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts, industrial disputes (whether involving the workforce of the Press Index or any other party), failure of a utility service or transport or telecommunications network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, storm or other extreme weather event, malicious damage, epidemic or pandemic, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, hardware or software, compliance with any governmental order, rule, regulation, direction, advice or recommendation in relation to or to prevent or curtail the impact of the Force Majeure Event, fire, flood or default of suppliers or sub-contractors.
1.31 “Media” means a journalist or other member of the media or a media Organisation that is granted use of the Site by the Press Index pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
1.32 “Media Usage” means use of the Site as a member of the Media with access to a listing of Business Members that are registered with the Press Index from time to time.
1.33 “Membership Confirmation” means as defined in clause 3.1 of this Agreement.
1.34 Organisation” shall mean, for the purpose of this Agreement, any private or public limited company, LLP or any other body corporate or partnership.
1.35 “Press Index”,”we”, “us” as defined on clause 2.2 of this Agreement.
1.36 “Site”, means as defined in the opening paragraph of this Agreement, above.
1.37 “Site Content” means as defined in clause 6.1 of this Agreement.
1.38 “Start Date” means as defined in clause 3.1 of this Agreement.
1.39 “Trademarks” means, collectively, trademark, logos, service marks, and trade names.

2. Using The Press Index

2.1. Use of The Press Index is free to Media, provided you are a member of the Media or are a Media organisation.
2.2. Your use of the site as a member of the Media is governed by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement by The Press Index Ltd (referred to in this Agreement as the “Press Index”, “we” or “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 10935713 and whose registered office is at Square Accounting, 5 Albert Road, Southsea, Hampshire, England, PO5 2SE.

3. Age Restrictions

3.1. Individuals must be over 18 to use the site as a member of Media.

4. Media Information and Security

4.3. In the course of your use of the Site, we may ask you for certain information including your name, email address and mailing address (collectively, “Account Information”). Please see the Data Protection section for further information on how we collect and use personal data.
4.4. You agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your Account Information

5. The Press Index Directory

5.1 By accessing the website, you will be able to view the Press Index directory of Business Members, which includes information on the Business Member and Business Member contact details posted on the Site or via contact forms (“Business Member User Content”).
5.2 You are authorised to contact Business Members for the purpose of seeking to arrange broadcast, online and print interviews with Business Members and for seeking content for publication in print, online and broadcast media.

6. Site Content & Use

6.1. Except for Business Member User Content, we own, exclusively, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site including all content, code, data, materials, the look and feel, design, and organization of the Site, and the compilation of the Site content, code, data, and materials (collectively, “Site Content”), including all copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, database rights, moral rights, sui generis rights, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights therein. To the extent that we don’t own any part of the Site Content, we have secured a license from the owner or licensor of such Site Content (including Business Members) granting us the right to use it on the Site. Your use of the Site does not grant you ownership of any kind in any Site Content. Except as provided in this Agreement, you agree not to scrape or otherwise copy, use, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Site Content without the Press Index’s prior written permission.
6.2. You may access and view the Site Content and make single copies or prints of the Site Content at your own sole risk, only for your personal, non-commercial, and internal use. Where you make a copy of any Site content pursuant to this Clause 6.2, which contains the contacts details of any Business Member or any other personal details concerning a Business Member you shall keep that document securely and destroy the document immediately after use.
6.3. You agree that you shall only use Business Member User Content, and in particular Business Member contact details for the purpose set out in clause 5.2 of this Agreement and in accordance with clause 6.2 of this Agreement.
6.4. You agree that you shall not: (1) use the Site or Business Member User Content in any way, submit any content to the Site or submit any link to content that is false, discriminatory (including but not limited to on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, ethnicity, religious belief, age or disability) defamatory, offensive, abusive, malicious, lewd, threatening, harassing or is otherwise unsuitable or objectionable in the sole discretion of the Press Index; (2) use the Business Member User Content, including Business Member User contact details contrary to the purpose set out in clause 6.2 of this Agreement or otherwise misuse Business Member User Content, including Business Member contact details (2) harass, intimidate, threaten discriminate against (including but not limited to on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation, marital status, race, ethnicity, religious belief, age or disability) any Business Member or any person associated with a Business Member or the Press Index; (3) impersonate any person or entity, whether actual or fictitious, including anyone from the Press Index or its affiliates; (3) misrepresent your affiliation with any third party or mis-represent your business or the business you work for or your role within it; (4) attempt to gain unauthorised access to other computer systems through the Site. In the event of any non-compliance by you with this clause 6.4, we shall have the right to suspend or terminate your Account Membership at the sole discretion of the Press Index and to report any activity in contravention of this clause to such authorities or law enforcement bodies as the Press Index deems appropriate.
6.5. You shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Press Index against claims, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, expenses and costs (including without limitation court costs and reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any claim:
6.5.1. arising out of or otherwise connected with a breach by you (or any person acting on your behalf, including an Authorised User) of clause 10.4 above;
6.5.2. that the User Content infringes the copyright, trademark, database right or right of confidentiality of a third party.

10. Trademarks

10.1. The Trademarks displayed on the Site by the Press Index (save for any Business Member Trademarks contained in Business Member User Content) are registered and unregistered Trademarks of the Press Index or third parties that have licensed the Press Index to use such Trademarks and at all times remain the property of the Press Index or their respective owners, as applicable. Nothing contained on the Site grants, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, or should be construed as granting, any license or right to use any of the Trademarks displayed on the Site or in any other Press Index medium without our written permission or that of the third-party rights holder.

11. Termination

11.1. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that we may have, we may terminate this Agreement immediately and accordingly, for the avoidance of any doubt, your Media Usage in the event:
11.1.1. You are in material breach of the terms of this Agreement;;
11.1.2. You are in breach of clause 6.4 of this Agreement.

12. Force Majeure

12.1 The Press Index shall not be liable for any failure by it to perform or any delay in the performance by it of any term of this Agreement where such failure or delay is due to a Force Majeure Event.

13. Liability

13.1. Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit either party’s liability to the other for:

13.1.1. personal injury or death resulting from the negligence of that party;

13.1.2. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

13.1.3. any other reason that may not be excluded by applicable law.
13.2. Subject to clauses 13.1 and 13.3, we shall not be liable to you for:
13.2.1. any loss of profits or revenue (whether direct or indirect);
13.2.2. loss of anticipated savings;
13.2.3. loss or corruption of data;
13.2.4. loss or damage to any hardware or software;
13.2.5. loss or damage to goodwill, reputation or business; and
13.2.6. any indirect, special or consequential loss, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or any breach or non-performance or non-performance of it whether any claim for recovery is based in contract, tort (including but not limited to the tort of negligence), for breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
13.3. We shall have no liability for any Business Member Content and according no warranty express or implied is given as to the accuracy or otherwise of Business User Content.
13.4. Subject to clauses 13.1, 13.2 and 13.3, our total liability under the Agreement whether in contract, tort or otherwise is limited to the sum of £500 (five hundred pounds sterling).

14. Third Party Rights

A person who is not a party to this Agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce or rely upon any provision of it.

15. Variation

The terms and conditions contained in this Agreement are subject to change and we reserve the right to make changes thereto from time to time.

16. Governing law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

17. Jurisdiction

Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

18. Entire Agreement

The terms of this Agreement and any additional terms as stated as applying herein to your use of the Site and your Media Usage constitute the entire agreement between the Press Index and you in relation thereto to the exclusion of any previous terms and conditions in force and any terms or conditions which you may seek to rely on.
